Pinnacles National Park

During Spring break one of the many fun activities  we got to do was go to Pinnacles National Park. It is known for having "bat caves". The hike seemed endless... But as soon as we got to the caves it started getting way better. The caves were cold and that was perfect after hiking for so long. They were dark and our flashlights weren't that good so I hit my head trying to duck beneath a rock...ouch! Here are the pics:)

Right before we went in

This is odd I never take pictures of my family together

You can see this on Facebook!

I'm just bragging the sun was so nice

God Girls Retreat

So my mom made this group called "God Girls" and we have nine girls including myself (unfortunately three of them were not able to go):. The girls are all from my old school and were all in my old class. Basically "God Girls" is a group of girls that meet twice a month and do different activities, have a question box, talk about God stuff I don't know how to explain it... sorry mom! To really kick things off we started with a retreat... Also, I got some pictures of  my cousin MG because her mom (my moms sister) also is a leader of the group they rode with us to Anderson Island and we both have nice cameras and were both amazing photographers so we got amazing shots (i'll share later) but for now...........................

Wicked At Paramount!

So as you probably know I had the pleasure of skipping school to to to see a Broadway musical, Wicked! It was a really good prequel to The Wizard of Oz (if you haven't seen it I suggest you do). The musical is about Glinda (the witch of the north) and Elphaba (the wicked witch of the west), and how they grow apart when they used to be friends. I loved all the special tie-ins from the The Wizard of Oz! Here are some pics!

Why I'm particularly excited to see Wicked is I A. paid for some of the tickets B. I really love the characters Elpheba and Gilda C. skipping out on school!
Stay tuned till tommorow where i will tell you all about it,

Mothers Day

10 great tips if your running low on cash and also to get your mom thanking you all day looooooooooooong!
1. Make her a break(feast) in bed make eggs for eyes bacon for mouth and a strawberry for a nose
2. Make her a card (homemade is preferred:)
3. Give her hugs and tell her how special she means to you
4. Buy her Starbucks (I did this except my mom bought me my Starbucks and I bought her Starbucks:)
5. Make her a bracelet or necklace (make matching ones) so if she goes on a trip and wears it she will remember to buy you a souvenir! JUST KIDDING!!!
6. Ask to do something with her such as doing a puzzle gluing it with puzzle glue and framing it
7.Make her a coupon book (i do this every year)add one coupon for every year you are (exp.) I'm eleven so I would give my mom eleven coupons
8. Make her a scrapbook (be sure to add lots of stickers and pics:)
9. Bake her a cake (weather its form scratch or the box)(recipe will be on Thursday)
10.Give her a spa sit back and relax with your mom (I will get you pampering spa recipes really soon)
